PermitKite ("we") publishes a website and a weekly email digest of building permit records in metro Atlanta. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Permit information comes from public records published by county and city governments. We don't create or verify it, and it may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Check details with the issuing government before relying on them. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Use the digest for lawful business purposes. Follow all laws that apply to contacting people, including telemarketing, do-not-call and anti-spam rules. Don't resell or republish the digest in bulk without our written permission.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. They renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Email us to cancel or with billing questions.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect damages.
We may update the service or these terms. If we make material changes, we'll post them here and update the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
